Dominick Street Upper student accommodation consists of two separate buildings DSU-1 and DSU-2. DSU-1 is a 5 storey over lower ground floor/basement level student accommodation development complete with 64 No bed spaces in 14 No clusters and 13 No studio units. DSU-2 is a 6 storey over lower ground floor/basement level student accommodation development complete with 224 No bed spaces in 34 No clusters and 15 No studio units. The project is currently underway with a completion date of August 2019.
