The project was the renovation of an 18th century existing protected structure at 17 South William Street. The building consists of 4 floors over basement. The ground floor is retail space with treatment rooms, offices space and staff facilities in the floor above. The scope of works comprised Switchgear, Lighting & Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm System, General Services & Data, Electric Heating, Security Systems & Disabled Call Systems. The installation was completed between June and September 2013.
