The project was the redevelopment of the existing dwelling at No 9 Shrewsbury Road from 4,000ft2 to circa 10,000ft2 including a full internal refurbishment and the construction of a new basement and an extension to the side and the rear of the house. The new building consists of a basement, ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. The scope of works for the electrical services include switchgear installation, lighting & external lighting installation, general power installation, TV, Phone & Data installation, fire alarm installation and security installation. The installation was completed in March 2016.
