Tenement Museum
The project was the refurbishment of the existing 18th century terraced house at 14 Henrietta Street, Dublin 1. The building was converted to provide a Tenement Museum (on basement, ground and first floor levels). An extension was added to the rear of the building to house sanitary facilities and to provide access provisions to a lift, and to house new M&E plantrooms. The 2nd and 3rd floor levels are non-public, mixed functionality spaces. The project was completed between May 2016 and April 2017.
